Air Energi supplies personnel of all disciplines and seniority on a local, regional and expatriate basis for the execution and ongoing maintenance of energy field developments. Who are your major clients?

Do you provide manpower support services?

Yes. We provide in-country support for a variety of personal circumstances including accommodation, pre-assignment screening, transport, health, & taxation. The Manchester office is the central hub of Air Energi, and the team work very hard to keep all contractor mobilisation running smoothly. To help contractors with hotels and car hire, local housing and even sourcing schooling for those with families. We ensure that we are always in touch with our contractors, maintaining good relationships and liaising with our other hub offices at the location of the assignment to ensure a smooth placement and ongoing support.

What sets you apart from other energy Recruitment Suppliers?

Air Energi have three distinct business streams: recruitment, manpower services and international recruitment campaigns. Recruitment comprises of staff hires, PDH and contract hire. To support recruitment activities we offer logistical activities such as visa processing, tax compliance, meet and greet at the airport and flight arrangements.

Our MPS business stream offers the same as previously mentioned but is focussed on world scale projects. The principal benefits to our clients are a consistent service globally, total tax compliance and transparent costing.

Our Campaigns business stream is the execution of international recruitment campaigns. With global shortages of talent it is necessary to resource far and wide. Air Energi have a specialist team that deliver recruitment drives across the globe, ranging from the recruitment of engineers for Canada sourced from the UK, Canada, India, Middle East and Asia Pacific region, to Earth Sciences specialists sourced in South America and deployed to Denmark.

Do I have to register with you in person?

Although we like to meet all our candidates, you are able to register with us online. Candidate details will be verified prior to the commencement of any assignment.

Do you offer permanent as well as contract positions?

We supply both contract and permanent staff to our projects around the Globe depending on the individual requirements of our clients and candidates.

Do you have support personnel in all the geographical areas that you deploy candidates?

We have support representatives in all of our locations around the world. Contact details of your local representative can be found on the Assignment Support page.

What is the average duration of a contract assignment?

That depends completely on the client requirements. Some of our contractors take on an assignment and remain with the project for the entire project lifecyle, moving around as the project requires. Other positions require the candidates to take up a more short term position with a client before moving on to the next project. Whatever the required duration, we ensure that we understand both our client and candidate’s long and short term needs, before placing a candidate on assignment.

If there is an emergency, do you have an emergency contact that I can call for assistance while I am overseas?

What do I do if I have a query with my pay?

Our ‘support’ section of this site has a payment query form. Complete this form and someone will respond to your query.

Do you offer relocation support for family members too?

Yes. We will handle all the difficult requirements regarding visas, permits and travel arrangements for both candidates and their family members during mobilisation. Our team excel in their support services and always ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure candidates and their families receive all the support they need to relocate.
