"I took this photo during the construction of the first refinery in Vietnam - Dung Quat Refinery Project in the Quang Gnai province. It was taken at 6:00 am starting a normal working  day.
As you can see, Vietnamese are friendly people and it is the first refinery in this Country."

Submitting a photo is easy

Each Submitter must submit one photograph in jpeg format with an explanation detailing when, where and why the photograph was taken in no more than 50 words together with your name, email address and location.
