Manages the account at the user level. He/she has responsibility for user care and developing opportunities to increase and expand Air’s scope of services within existing programs.
The Account Manager sells the program to user managers unfamiliar with how the program works; and understands and communicates the manager’s business needs to rest of the team. Also manages requisition activity and provides special services support, where required. He/she serves as team leader for special assignments/projects and shares responsibility to meet and exceed all Enterprise revenue and profitability goals.
