The Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for conducting activities to improve relationships with clients and candidates through sourcing, screening and qualifying activities utilizing the Essentials database, Internet, referrals, networks and other recruiting activities to identify candidates for current and future client needs.
Skills required:
Associates or Bachelors Degree,
Two to four years of business or customer service experience.
PC literacy is required. |
