Coordinate all staffing activities at the client's site. Manage daily requisition activity and required documentation for the on-site office, facilitating contractor orientations, and acting as a liaison to ensure customer and contractor employee satisfaction. Assume site leadership role as needed for customer presentation, Ad Hoc decision making etc. Assist in the hiring, training and supervising of staffing specialist(s) to accommodate revenue opportunities. BS Degree with 5-10 years of experience in recruiting and/or customer service. Knowledge of the staffing industry preferred. Effective collaboration in a team environment is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (particularly Excel) is required. |
