The Director of Business Development (DBD) is responsible for the sales efforts within their region. He/she facilitates strategy for key accounts, assigns and identifies new accounts/prospects. As a member of the regional management team, he/she shares the responsibility to meet and exceed all regional business, revenue and profitability goals. The DBD will work collaboratively with the Lead Recruitment Consultants to ensure req. quality and prioritization. Success in this role requires high levels of leadership and accountability. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of three years management experience, including sales management and direct management responsibility. Five years of Staffing Industry experience. Regular travel may be required. |
